Do you provide tracking number?

Yes! Our package basically sent with normail shipping (standard registered airmail) which mean included with tracking number that you can trace through this website: https://www.17track.net/en It is signature required. We'll be responsible for orders which purchased the tracking service.

Are there any lower cost shipping option?

We're sorry, actually the non-tracking service (an airmail sent with postage stamped) now availabe only for ASIA REGION at the moment. Other than ASIA, we only provide the shipping with registered airmail with tracking number ($8.25 USD)

How long is your processing time?

We're going out to the post office wevery Wednesday-Friday. Our current processing time is 4-10 business of receiving payment on ALL orders, but can take longer than stated during sales, holiday seasons, and high volume order periods. Please note this DOES NOT include delivery-shipping time. Thanks for your understanding.

How long is the estimation for shipping-delivery times?

Please note that these are just the estimation days from our experiences. We will do our best to meet these shipping estimation, but we cannot guarantee them.

We are using 2 shipping methods; - Without tracking (postage stamped) $ 2.75 USD - currently available for ASIA REGION only - With tracking (registered air mail) starts from $ 8.00 USD - to the rest of the world

How do you ship?

Our shipping service is using Pos Indonesia International with tracking option starts from $8.00 USD We shipped your order with C6 envelope / bubble mailer (depends on how many sheets in one order) includes with rigid back paper + plastic packaging.

General Policies

The non-tracking service is currently unavalaible

  • The non-tracking service is only available for ASIA REGION at the moment. If you are unable to be at home to receive the mail, please choose the $2.75 USD or change the address to send it to your workplace.
  • Please make sure your shipping address correctly such house / apartment no., block no., zip / postal code, city and your country area.
  • Once we shipped your order and sent you the shipping notification, we are not responsible for lost or stolen mail if you choose $2.75 USD non-tracking service or give us the wrong address. To secure your order, please add the tracking option.
  • If tracking service is not added to your order, we apologies that we e are not responsible for lost or undelivered mail. We will not replace non-tracking orders. We only replace orders for with-tracking number orders ($8.00 USD).
♢ Once your order is placed, we do not accept cancellations or refunds. All orders are final. ​​ If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Return & Exchange

Can I cancel / refund an order?

All order and sales are FINAL. We apologized and reserve the right that our shop do not accept order cancellation.

I have problem with my order (received)

- Unable to peel the stickers (cutting machine mistaken) - Some stickers were not in my package Please don't hestitate to contact us and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible or refund that particular with your sticker with proof or pictures. We're just humans and sometime make mistakes. We apologised for the inconvenience.

I haven't received my order yet. What should I do...?

We are NOT LIABLE for the lost package. Once your item has been marked shipped, we no longer have control for it.
We unfortunately have no way of tracking movement of the package within your country. If your order is delayed or lost after it has reached your country, please work with your local postal service to address the issue -- if your using registered air mail option.

Lost Mail Policy

My order seems lost..

Please note, We are, Pasteru is NOT responsible for any lost mail. We are not able to provide any refunds if your order gets lost. Once your item has been marked as shipped, we no longer can control it and it is the post office's responsibility and we don't know on which country. By making a purchase with us, you acknowledge this risk of postal deliveries. Please don't make a bad reputation for our shop because of this problem.
